Buffalo, New York – September 17, 2012 – Perry Miceli, Principal for the Largo Group of Companies, arranged permanent financing in the amount of $14,000,000 to refinance the existing debt on a garden style apartment complex, known as Rustic Village, in Brighton, New York, a southern suburb of the city of Rochester.  Rustic Village was built in six phases and offers its tenants a fitness center, pool, and a library, as some of its amenities.  It is located along East Henrietta Road, the major thoroughfar in the area, and is adjacent to Monroe Community College.  THe property benefits from its close proximity to Rochester, New York and easy access to the New York State thruway.  Brighton is a highly desirable market with a strong public school system and excellent location, relative to downtown Rochester and the airport.  Perry Miceli arranged a 10 year term and a 25 year amortization schedule for the borrower.
