Gary Coscia - President and Founder
Gary Coscia, founder and president of
Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc., has
been in the mortgage banking industry
for over 29 years. He began his career
with Marine Midland Bank (HSBC USA) in
1977. During his 12 year career at the
bank, Gary created and managed a
national mortgage banking operation that
amassed over $3 billion in loan
originations. Mr.Coscia continues to
manage and build Largo into what has
become one of the country's foremost
mortgage banking firms. Largo is
considered the largest privately owned
commercial mortgage banking company in
Upstate New York with operations in
Getzville (Buffalo), New York; Albany,
New York; Toronto, Ontario; and
Sarasota, Florida.
Stephanie Vogel - Chief Operating
Officer
Stephanie Vogel has been with Largo
since 1993 and currently oversees all of
the company's day-to-day operations. She
originally began working as an
analyst/underwriter and loan closer. In
the mid-1990's, Stephanie created and
implemented Largo's commercial real
estate servicing arm.
She is a licensed real estate
salesperson and received her MBA degree
from Niagara University.

Jack H. Phillips - Principal
John (Jack) H. Phillips began his
career 13 years ago working for one of
the region's largest developers,
followed by employment with a well-known
banking institution. Jack has been with
Largo for over 10 years, originating in
excess of $1 billion in loans since
1995. Jack has been an integral part of
the growth and success of Largo. He is
well known and respected throughout the
real estate industry as one of the most
creative and successful mortgage bankers
in Upstate New York.
Perry Miceli - Principal
Perry Miceli joined Largo in April
2001. He is one of the most successful
mortgage bankers in upstate New York,
and brings with him 18 years of real
estate experience. Mr. Miceli has
financed over $1 billion of commercial
real estate, and represents some of the
largest developers in the upstate region
on an exclusive basis. Prior to joining
Largo, Perry owned and managed his own
Mortgage Banking Company in upstate New
York, for over 10 years.
Frank Giacobbe - Account Executive
Frank Giacobbe has been with Largo for
five years. He was initially trained as
an underwriter assisting in closing
approximately $500 million in loans and
quickly moved into the position of
commercial mortgage loan originator.
Since January 2005, he has originated in
excess of $125,500,000 in permanent
first mortgages. Frank has been in the
real estate business since 1999 when he
became a loan originator for M&T Bank.
Frank is a graduate of the one-year MBA
program at Canisius College.
Farah Agha - Account Executive
Farah Agha received her Bachelor of
Science degree in Finance and Marketing from The
University at Buffalo, and has been with Largo
for 3 Years.
She initially came on board as an
Underwriter; however, her vast ability to
understand the business has allowed her to
quickly move into the position of Commercial
Loan Originator.
Farah has underwrote and closed nearly
$500 Million in loans and has become a proven
asset to Largo.
Analysts
Jean Lorigo - Senior Underwriter
Jean Lorigo received her Bachelor of Science degree
in Economics and Finance from Canisius College.
She is responsible for financial analysis, underwriting
and market research for Largo.
Servicing
Jordan Mikula - Servicing/Closing Manager
Jordan Mikula graduated from Canisius College
in 2002, and joined Largo in June of 2003. Jordan
handles loan servicing, including site inspection
coordination and tax and insurance monitoring.
Jordan is also one of Largo's liaisons between
the lenders, clients, and attorneys, as she helps
to oversee and coordinate mortgage loan closings.
Linda Brooks - Closing Specialist
Linda Brooks joined Largo in April 2001 with ten years
of experience in closing loans and client services.
Linda is one of Largo’s liaisons between the lenders,
clients, and attorneys, as she helps to oversee
and coordinate the mortgage loan closings. Linda
continues to be an Administrative Assistant for
Perry Miceli and his loan originations team, helping
Perry and Josh with their everyday loan originations
needs. In 2004, Linda also started to assist Jack
Phillips with some of his administrative tasks.
Michelle Colosimo - Servicing Coordinator
Michelle Colosimo is a Servicing Coordinator
for Largo. She handles loan servicing,
including site inspection coordination and tax
and insurance monitoring.
Jessica Taylor - Servicing Assistant
Jessica Taylor is the servicing assistant for
Largo. She handles various administrative
tasks within the servicing department.
Marketing
Lori Tirado - Marketing Director
Lori Tirado received her MBA in Finance from Canisius
College, and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration,
concentrating in Marketing, from Buffalo State
College. Prior to joining Largo, Lori worked in
marketing for a receivable management company.
Lori is responsible for overseeing all aspects
of marketing for Largo's United States and
Canadian operations.
Daniela Balassone - Marketing Assistant
Daniela Balassone received her B.S. in Business
Administration from Buffalo State College. She
is a new addition to the Largo team, and will assist
with various administrative tasks within the
marketing department.
Account Managers
Dustin Alvino - Account Manager
Dustin Alvino graduated from
Canisius College in 2008. He received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Finance and Economics. Dustin
will focus on Originating loans from $500,000 to
$5,000,000 through several of Largo's correspondent
lenders.
Adam Sidebottom - Account Manager
Adam Sidebottom received his
Bachelor of Science in Business Management from
Cortland State and is a graduate of the one year MBA
Program with a concentration in Finance from
Canisius College. Adam will focus on placing
small loans with Largo's correspondent lenders.
Administrative Support
Carolyn Millard
Carolyn received her MBA with a
concentration in finance at Canisius College and
holds a B.A. in Political Science and English from
Canisius, as well.
She is responsible for various administrative
tasks as well as financial analysis and
underwriting.

Clair Shoemaker - President
Clair Shoemaker has over 25 years experience
as a Senior Executive for three Canadian
public companies that operate nationwide
mortgage programs. In his positions, Clair
became familiar with virtually all of
Canada's commercial real estate markets.
Clair has been active in various industry
associations, is a graduate of the University
of Calgary with a degree in mathematics
and economics and the University of British
Columbia urban land economics program,
a fellow of the Real Estate Institute
of Canada, and a member of the Professional
Division of the Real Estate Institute
of British Columbia with an appraisal
diploma and RI (BC) designation.

Brenda Mack - Underwriter
Brenda Mack is a graduate of
Dalhousie University, Halifax, NS. She graduated
with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance in
2007. She is responsible for administration, market
analysis and underwriting.

Kevin Heiss - Account Executive
Prior to joining Largo, Kevin was an
Associate with Countrywide Commercial
Real Estate Finance in Chicago, IL where
he was responsible for originating
commercial real estate debt and
mezzanine products. Prior to that,
he was also employed as a Senior Analyst
at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company,
responsible for supporting all facets of
origination. Kevin is also a CPA.

Originators
Christopher Kennedy - Account Executive
Christopher Kennedy joined Largo in 2005 as a
mortgage loan originator for the Capital Region.
Previously, he worked as an investment analyst
for Northmarq Capital. Within this position, he
analyzed different property types for respective
clients, and acted as an intermediary between
the lender, borrower, and all legal parties.
Christopher earned his Bachelors degree in
Communications from the State University at
Oswego and is currently in the process of
receiving his CCIM accreditation through CCIM
Institute.
Analysts
Louis Arnos - Analyst
Louis Arnos holds a BS in Business
Administration from Champlain College.
He is responsible for administration,
market analysis and underwriting in the
Albany Office.
