LOAN ORIGINATOR FOR BUFFAL0, ROCHESTER & SYRACUSE:

Summary:  To identify, call and meet with owners of commercial real estate and help them secure financing for their property.   The goal is to arrange debt and equity for commercial real estate professionals through a network of the company’s correspondent lenders.

Requirements:

Two to three years of commercial real estate experience in the existing market.  An existing pipeline to draw business from and a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate business (cap rates, vacancy factors, LTVs, etc.).  Self-motivated and determined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must possess the ability to interact with real estate professionals and represent our company in a professional manner.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.  MBA Preferred.
