Administrative Assistant | Getzville, NY

Largo is seeking a dynamic, organized individual, who can multitask and coordinate all administrative activities of a fast-paced commercial mortgage finance company. Candidate must possess a degree in Business Administration or 2-3 years equivalent experience. The position requires strong computer skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook. The individual must have excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral. This person will be responsible for all support from the smallest to the most critical aspects of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Work with, coordinate, and follow up on work flow with other company departments
• Coordinate, schedule and plan meetings, travel arrangement and other logistical details for the team
• Maintain various databases, records, and invoices, including directing their distribution
• Manage and prioritize email flow from multiple sources with urgency
• Monitor incoming faxes, mail, and team service requirements
• Prepare, organize, and maintain client files
• Assist with meeting preparation
• Scanning and printing of documents
• Prepare expense reports and other important confidential documents
• Impromptu administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
