Buffalo, NY – December 23, 2014 – Jack Phillips, Principal, and Kevin Heiss, Managing Director of the Largo Group of Companies arranged $210,000,000 in financing for a 1,939,166 SF office complex located in the East Loop submarket of Chicago, IL. Inspired by world-renowned architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and commonly known as Michigan Plaza, the 44-story 205 North Michigan Avenue and the 25-story 225 North Michigan Avenue are the primary entrance to the five million square foot Illinois Center office complex. Jack and Kevin arranged a 15-year self-amortizing loan for the borrower.
