Hiring: Administrative Assistant in Getzville, NY

Largo is seeking a dynamic, organized individual, who can multitask and coordinate all administrative activities of a fast-paced commercial mortgage finance company. The position requires strong computer skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook. The individual must have excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral. This person will be responsible for all support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Work with, coordinate, and follow up on work flow with other company departments
  • Coordinate, schedule and plan meetings, travel arrangement and other logistical details for the team
  • Maintain various databases, records, and invoices, including directing their distribution
  • Manage and prioritize email flow from multiple sources with urgency
  • Monitor incoming faxes, mail, and team service requirements
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain client files
  • Assist with meeting preparation
  • Scanning and printing of documents
  • Prepare expense reports and other important confidential documents
  • Impromptu administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
